We have a simple performance-related fee structure.

Fees for the service provided in the UK (excluding London) comprise an initial registration fee of £500 (inclusive of VAT) followed by the greater of either of the following: 1.5% of the purchase price (exclusive of VAT) or 15% of the saving* that we have been able to make on your behalf between the asking price and the eventual purchase price (exclusive of VAT).

In London our initial registration fee is £750 (inclusive of VAT), this sum being deducted from the final fee which is the greater of 1.75% of the purchase price (exclusive of VAT) or 15% of any saving negotiated (exclusive of VAT).

For lettings, our registration fee is followed by a charge of one month's rental (exclusive of VAT), payable on exchange of documentation.

Fees for the service provided by our overseas offices are charged on a country-by-country basis as detailed within this web site.

Credit card facilities are available for the payment of registration fees.

*not relevant when purchasing property in the Scottish system.
