When you register as a client, you tell us what you are looking for and we do the legwork. We will search both the public as well as the private markets to find properties which match your specification and price range, in your preferred location. We will then inspect these properties to see if they really measure up to the estate agent's, or seller's description.

Then, if they do match your search criteria, we will send you details and our comments on each property, following which you can be sure of a productive visit to inspect short-listed properties, generally accompanied by us.

When the time comes to purchase, we can help to negotiate the best terms on your behalf and - to oversee the purchase to a successful conclusion - will assist in resolving any problems which may arise. We can also recommend solicitors, surveyors etc at beneficial prices.

Fees for the service provided in Cyprus comprise an initial registration fee of £500 (inclusive of VAT) followed 2% of the purchase price (exclusive of VAT).

For lettings, our registration fee is followed by a charge of one month's rental (exclusive of VAT).
